I've been planning this for a couple of years, but needed to concentrate on Project 1,my Eichberg turbo XR4i which is drawing to a close, which I just need to sort out the fuel sender and plant in a remote oil filter system.
So,the latest so far
A 205 Block

YB Cosworth pistons put in,which I've had since 2006

stocked up

And the performance head which has just seen daylight for the first time, after a year or two.I'm not too sure what spec it is,I've forgot, will have to search.

And the Lotus Dellorto carbs which take in the boost from the K27 turbo. As you can see,the carbs are spread out too far apart on the plenum,to suit the manifold. Just a matter of fabricating.

And here is the K27

And a view from a distance

I'm needing to equate what compression ratio it will end up being. I've done a CC measurement on the pistons bowl,15ml which equals 15cc. And finding the CC from the combustion chamber was as follows.
Grease around valves and spark plug

Place perspex (with a tiny hole) over the valves, and press down slightly to seal the chamber.

Poor in a coloured liquid

Using one of these to poor the liquid in

And the result I got was 50cc. I will have to calculate the rest.
And the 4x4 YB sump, recently bought for £40,not bad

Update will probably be in 2 years time
